Craigslist has published a list of scams that effect all ages.

Here are some  Craigslist elderly scams to watch out for.

They recommend taking several precautionary measures such as deleting any suspicious or unknown emails you may receive, shredding ALL papers that have your name, account number, social security number (any identifying information) on them. If you receive a suspicious phone call- HANG UP!
